Enriching Foundations Christian Academy is blessed to be under the spiritual covering of Pastors Chano & Patricia Najera of Templo de Alabanza.

For over 40 years, they have poured into families, preached the gospel, and built ministries that impact both our city and the nations. Their heart for discipleship, prayer, and biblical truth shapes who we are as a school.

Our students are taught academics with excellence — and also identity, purpose, and faith.

Co-Founder & Executive Director/Principal

Rachel Ramirez is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Enriching Foundations Christian Academy. Her passion for EFCA comes from a desire to create a Christ-centered school where every child is known, valued, and given the opportunity to grow academically and spiritually.

Rachel brings extensive leadership experience through her years of service at Templo de Alabanza, where she serves in church administration and leadership. Her experience includes organizational and ministry leadership, strategic planning, program development, church operations, and community outreach. Working alongside pastoral and ministry leadership has strengthened her ability to lead teams, steward resources, develop programs, and turn vision into meaningful service for families and the community. These experiences have shaped her leadership philosophy around service, integrity, stewardship, and faith.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership at Oral Roberts University.

As a school leader, ministry leader, and mother, Rachel is passionate about building strong organizations, developing people, and partnering with families to help students discover their God-given purpose and develop a lifelong love for learning.
