Enriching Foundations was established in 2003 by Paula Glass, birthed from a heartfelt calling to serve students who struggled to thrive in traditional school environments. Guided by faith and a passion for education, Paula created a nurturing environment where children could flourish through individualized instruction, meaningful relationships, and a strong focus on both academic and spiritual growth.
The school began with just eight students, growing steadily as families were drawn to its individualized instruction and personal attention to each child’s learning journey. By 2010, Enriching Foundations had grown to 50 students and five staff members, operating from a newly purchased building in Moore, Oklahoma. With a commitment to excellence, the school upheld a policy of capping class sizes at 12 students per teacher, ensuring that every student received the care and guidance they needed to succeed. In 2017, the school experienced a temporary closure. In 2020, the school was faithfully reopened with 10 students, continuing its mission to educate and uplift children.
In the summer of 2025, Enriching Foundations entered a new and Spirit-led season. Through divine alignment, the school came under the spiritual covering and leadership of Templo de Alabanza Church. This transition marked more than a change in ownership—it was a deepening of the school’s mission. Now operating as a formal ministry of the church, Enriching Foundations Christian Academy has expanded its reach, strengthened its resources, and fully embraced a vision of raising up the next generation in both academic excellence and unwavering faith.
Today, EFCA continues to build upon its rich legacy while boldly stepping into the future. Anchored in God's Word and empowered by His Spirit, we remain committed to building strong minds on a firm foundation.

Enriching Foundations Christian Academy is blessed to be under the spiritual covering of Pastors Chano & Patricia Najera of Templo de Alabanza.
For over 40 years, they have poured into families, preached the gospel, and built ministries that impact both our city and the nations. Their heart for discipleship, prayer, and biblical truth shapes who we are as a school.
Our students are taught academics with excellence — and also identity, purpose, and faith.
We are grateful for pastors who believe in the next generation.
